The Job Fit and Development Review® is a People Management SMD LLC survey, based on the SIMA® process. This survey helps you assess job fit and development needs.

The survey also provides a feedback mechanism that allows you to team up with your manager or a trusted advisor, to begin the process of improving your job fit, and identifing your development needs.
