The Job Fit and Development Review® is a People Management survey, based on the SIMA® process, that you can take here at this site. This survey helps you refine your understanding of your motivated strengths and how they are utilized (or NOT utilized) in your current job.

The survey also provides a feedback mechanism that allows you to team up with a counselor, a wise friend and perhaps even your own boss, to begin the process of improving your job fit.
