Program Designs - Personal Effectiveness Coaching For Executives, Managers, and High Potential Employees

Using SIMA® as a foundation and a specially designed workbook, this program helps highly-valued and high potential employees to understand their motivated strengths and how they fit into the work setting and support personal and professional development that maximizes job fit and contribution.

Process and Content

  • SIMA®– MAP® with employee

  • Workbook: “Taking Charge of Your Personal and Professional Development”

  • Use of People Management coach or another coach, if desired – training in SIMA® applications provided to coach, if needed

  • Job Analysis (optional)

  • 360º Feedback (optional)

  • Development plan tied into one’s MAP® and near-term and long-term roles

  • Development plan and MAP® information are presented to executive in charge, which fosters meaningful dialog about development between highly-valued employee and executive (optional)

Outcomes

  • Employees who are more self-directed in their personal and professional development, how their strengths can be used, and how to more effectively manage potential weaknesses.
