This program uses SIMA® to help identify and develop employees who have the natural abilities and most potential to perform well in management and leadership roles.
Process and Content
SIMA® MAP®
With assistance from a coach or a mentor, the employee contrasts his/her MAP® to activities that have been defined as important to success in a management or leadership role. This leads to a:
Compensating Action Plan, which identifies potential areas of weakness and ways to best manage each area of potential weakness.
Development Plan, which identifies skills and knowledge the employee needs to develop and how he/she will develop it in order to be successful in the identified management or leadership role.
Coaching can be provided by People Management or we can train internal coaches/mentors on how to use SIMA® MAP® information to help a person develop Compensating Action Development Plans.
